1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the RACCO Heating & Air Conditioning website and its online scheduling and customer service features.
By using our website or submitting a service request through it, you agree to these terms as applicable to your use.
Specific service agreements, signed proposals, estimates, maintenance agreements, invoices, and other written agreements may contain additional terms. Where a separate agreement governs a particular service or transaction, its terms will control to the extent of any conflict, subject to applicable law.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
- Interfere with website operations or security.
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
4. Service Requests and Online Scheduling
Online scheduling requests are subject to appointment availability and confirmation by RACCO.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment at the requested date or time. We may contact you to confirm details, discuss alternative scheduling options, or obtain additional information about your requested service.
Appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergency service calls, job complexity, parts availability, or other operational circumstances.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, service address details, and relevant information about the equipment or service issue.
5. Estimates, Diagnostics, and Repairs
Service charges, diagnostic fees, repair prices, installation prices, and other fees will be communicated through the applicable service description, estimate, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
A diagnostic visit may identify a problem without including the cost of the repair. Additional work may require a separate estimate and customer authorization.
RACCO will obtain applicable customer authorization before performing work that requires approval. Customers should review the scope of work, pricing, exclusions, and payment terms before authorizing services.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, estimates may exclude concealed conditions, additional labor, specialized equipment, permits, electrical work, ductwork, roofing, refrigerant, or other work beyond the stated scope.
6. Maintenance Agreements and Comfort Club Memberships
RACCO offers maintenance services and maintenance agreements, including Comfort Club memberships.
The applicable agreement will describe the covered equipment, number of maintenance visits, fees, payment schedule, included benefits, exclusions, and applicable cancellation and renewal terms.
Renewal: Maintenance agreements renew or continue according to the terms of the individual customer’s agreement. Customers should review their agreement for renewal dates, renewal procedures, payment obligations, and any applicable cancellation requirements.
Maintenance agreements do not automatically include repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, or other work unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
7. Pricing and Payment
Customers are responsible for charges authorized under the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Accepted payment methods and applicable fees will be disclosed by RACCO at the time of payment or in the applicable written agreement. Payment terms for installation projects, commercial accounts, maintenance plans, and other services may differ.
If an invoice becomes overdue, RACCO may pursue payment and other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact RACCO as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Any cancellation charges, deposits, refunds, or rescheduling restrictions will be governed by the applicable signed agreement and applicable law. Applicable fees and conditions will be disclosed as required.
9. Warranties and Service Limitations
Manufacturer warranties, workmanship warranties, labor warranties, and other service guarantees are governed by the applicable written warranty, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Warranty coverage may differ for equipment, parts, labor, refrigerant, and other services. Customers should review the applicable warranty documentation for coverage details and exclusions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Website Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing information, and online scheduling features may change.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, written estimate, or professional evaluation of a specific HVAC system.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RACCO is not responsible for losses arising solely from temporary website interruptions, technical errors, or the inability to access online features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or alters rights and obligations established by an applicable signed service agreement or applicable law.
